- No Payment Data Stored: Acuity Mental Fitness does not collect, process, or store any credit card or financial payment information. All subscription payments are handled externally.

We will collect the necessary contact information (such as a billing name and email address) from your organization's designated administrator for the sole purpose of sending invoices and managing your subscription. - Access Controls: We use Firebase Security Rules to protect your data. Our rules are configured to follow a "deny-by-default" principle, meaning that direct access to data is forbidden unless explicitly allowed. For example, you are the only user who can read your own user profile data.
